Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, I hereby give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data as outlined in the Privacy Notice and the Membership Agreement, limited to the purposes specified in the aforementioned Privacy Notice that I have previously read, including but not limited to:

• To benefit from the features and advantages offered within the scope of site membership, to be distinguished from non-member shoppers, to receive information regarding membership and updates or new features on the Site, to shop via the Site, to benefit from general/special campaigns and discounts organized within the scope of business partnerships, to create general or personalized campaigns, advantages, promotions, advertisements, and to conduct segmentation and marketing analysis studies, to carry out advertising and communication activities (such as in-site notifications, pop-ups, personalized offers, user interface customization, advertisements, etc.) for Cavalier SANMARCO, suppliers, advertisers, and other third parties on the Site or in other third-party environments, and to participate in campaigns, contests, sweepstakes or similar activities announced on social media or other platforms—
  for all these purposes, I consent to the collection, processing, updating, and storage of my personal data.

• In order to receive product and service support in matters such as information technologies, marketing/advertising activities, or specialized consultancy services, I consent to the sharing of my personal data with Cavalier SANMARCO’s domestic and international business partners, suppliers, affiliates, subsidiaries, enterprises, service providers and/or subcontractors—including sharing with foreign countries due to the servers being located abroad.
